He has worked with various promoters and industries across India and has helped them in syndication/monitoring of their project loans and financial modeling/structuring of their projects.

As part of his role he has had exposure to various industries like Infrastructure, real estate, textile, oil and gas, Engineering, Jewelry, Chemicals, etc.

Mr. Vinod Patel started his practice in the year 1979 and has an experience of over 40 years in compliance practice which involves statutory audits, tax audits, financial return preparation, evaluation of control systems in the companies, etc. Over years he has worked with various financial institutions for Statutory Audits, Concurrent audits, Stock Audits and has helped several industries by providing his expert advice on Compliance matters. Over a period of 40 years he has handled 47 branch audits, 22 concurrent audits and 5 forensic audit assignments. He has handled forensic audits for Nationalized banks, Co-operative Banks, Private Sector Banks and has been successful in detecting short recovery of revenue, frauds relating to stock inspection, frauds in related parties transactions, etc.

He has hands on experience in handling Statutory Audits of Banks, Limited and Private Limited Companies, Audits of Liasioning offices, Subsidiary companies of Foreign companies with capability of handling Risk Based audits.

Mr. Rashmikant Mehta started his practice in the year 1977 and has an experience of over 40 years in compliance practice which involves statutory audits, tax audits, financial return preparation, evaluation of control systems in the companies, etc. He also has extensive experience in the field of project finance wherein he helped his clients in syndicating debt from various financial institutions. Over years he has worked with various financial institutions for Statutory Audits, Concurrent audits, Stock Audits and has helped several industries by providing his expert advice on Compliance matters.
