In addition the firm also has services of ex-bankers, company secretaries and lawyers who support the firm in auditing, drafting, documentation, reporting and compliances.
We have external Tie-ups with:
- Legal Advisors who have experience in handling NCLT matters, company law matters and can represent the company and RP in NCLT
- Valuers who are approved by Banks and other Financial Institutions and can work on faster TAT
- Company Secretary who has experience in handling company law & IBC matters and have worked with operational and financial creditors under IBC
- Domain experts who have worked in board of various companies and carry vast experience in various industries
